Customer Service Sales Specialist

Location : Remote (Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients inquiring about insurance products.
  • Drive sales by assisting clients in choosing appropriate insurance coverage tailored to their needs.
  • Work with leads provided by the company; no cold calling or door-to-door sales required.
  • Maintain a client-focused approach, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Complete required training and obtain necessary insurance license.
  • Embrace a flexible work-from-home environment with self-paced, virtual training.
  • Uphold the values of transparency, integrity, diversity, and relentlessness in all interactions.

Requirements :

  • Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based role.
  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
